The past few years have been a remarkable journey for the Joscho Stephan Trio, filled with unforgettable musical encounters around the globe. This journey became the central theme for our new studio album - Take-Off. Many of the pieces were written on the road and reflect the spirit of the places where they were created.
We are incredibly thankful to our guests for their performances: Matteo Mancuso, John Petrucci, Tommy Emmanuel, and Jerry Douglas. While some of them recorded their parts from thousands of miles away, the result is a remarkably seamless album that shows how music connects us, no matter where in the world we are.
